Shivani I am sorry to say that with 59 percentile in CAT exam you won't be able to get a call from IMT Hyderabad and IMT Nagpur because of absolute cut-off for IMT colleges in all CAT/MAT?CMAT exam is 70 percentile. There is no sectional cut-off but in order for your application to be further processed, you need to have atleast 70 percentile.

There is again no surety of selection or getting a call from these colleges even after getting 70 percentile because CAT or any other MBA exam marks is not the only parameter involved in the selection procedure. After CAT exam every college in which you have applied prepares a merit list to call students for next round of interview based on your aggregate score which comprises of many parameters such as CAT marks, 10th, 12th and graduation percentage, work experience, engineer or non-engineer whose weightage varies for all different colleges.

IMT institutes usually have high CAT cutoff. It’s highly unlikely to get a call from IMT at your score.
