This percentile is not enough to qualify the exam so yo will not get any seat in JOSSA counselling but you can go for state level counselling. Also, you should appear for state level entrance exam  to get a good college.

I would like to add that the college predictor is an online tool which predicts the probable colleges based on the difficulty level of the examination, average marks scored in exam and seats available .The rank predicted might not be accurate but it certainly does give an idea to the aspirant.
