Hello aspirant,

University of delhi provide admission by two criterias: Merit based or entrance based. It is tough to get seat in any of the college of DU with merit base as your secured marks will not complete the cutoff but you may apply to entrance base criteria of admissions. Forms will be out by 20 may, 2019. Hope the information helps you.
