i have got 70.6 percentage in total and i have got 66.3 percentage in my pcm will i be allowed to just give the bitsat 2019 entrance exam

The minimum marks eligible to sit for BITSAT exam is 60 percent in each of physics and chemistry and maths respectively. So you will be eligible. Congrats . Study hard and sit for the exam.
