Since you have not mentioned whether you are from general or not it is very difficult to predict such things.However with 71% you have fair chance in getting seats in B pharma college if you are from OBCor SC/ST in first two rounds.If you are from general chances are much less.However cutoff varies from year to year and also on several factors.

But i would recommend you to sit for counselling positively.
