Yes, you can.
Can you clarify which category or reservation you belong to?
If you are General/OBC, it will be very difficult for you to land a course and college of your own though you will eventually get into a South Campus College, by the 4th/5th cut off.

Good luck, you will probably have to compromise on your course.
