yes there are slight chances to get admission in South Delhi campus at Delhi university with this percentage in best of four. If you are from reserved category then it is going to act as a boon for you as there are surely high chances if you are a reserved category student.

I would suggest to take a look for 8th cut off for the University at official website of Delhi University.
