DU is most popular university in India and most of Arts and Commerce students in huge no. Apply for admissions in different courses.

So yes the cutoff is high a only some top students can get into it. DU calculated top 4 subjects mark and if you too four cross more than 85 then than chances are still 80% that you will qualify for DU but you need to wait for 3-4 round. If you have any state quota or category quota then it obviously increases you chances.

I would suggest You To Give DU JAT it's an entrance based test in which you 12th marks is 35% of total weightage and 65% based on you entrance test. So please try to give this exam this only helps you. And improve your chances in DU.

if you are a general category student it is not possible for you to get admission in Delhi University. The cut off in Delhi University is more than 90% in most of the colleges for most of the courses. So your chances of getting in Delhi University are very less.
