Unfortunately you have negligible chances at NIT warangal as for OBC Category top 10000 ranks have good chances.
For Biotechnology engineering which has least cutoff, sees ranks of 10000.
You can try your luck with newer NiTs lije Meghalaya, Manipur, Sikkim and Mizoram as they have low end cutoffs.
