Cut off of du starts from almost 90 percent . As your percentage is 83% ,thus you might not get into any college that comes under Delhi University. But don't lose hope, as there are other renowned govt owned colleges for commerce in North . In Chandigarh, GGDSD, college is quite appropriate and has a good rank for commerce courses.
