As per your percentile your rank will be around 1,90,000 to 2,00,000. That rank is too high to get into NITs or IIITs even with the OBC certificate. I suggest you should Either take admission in some private college or you can take a drop year and prepare again.

Hello student cut off vary every year on various factors like the level of question in the entrance examination and total number of applicants in that examination. I'm sorry to inform you but with this percentile it's difficult to get admission into NIT or IIITs.
