As per previous year cutoff ranks in CGPET, with a rank of 615 and 447 Female rank, you cannot get CSE in Bhilai Institute of Technology, Durg. But you can get CSE at these top colleges -  Rungta College of Engineering & Technology, Bhilai; Shri Shankaracharya Technical Campus, Junwani, Bhilai; Chouksey Engineering College, Bilaspur. Last year, as per 3rd phase cutoff, the closing rank in Govt. Engineering College, Bilaspur in CSE was 1130, so you may get GEC Bilaspur CSE.
