Hi,

Your rank will be around 1,35,000 since you are ahead of 86% candidates among a total of 9,65,000 who appeared for JEE Mains, 2019.

You can apply for the following colleges in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IPU):

1. University School of Information, Communication & Technology (USIT)

2. Maharaja Agrasen Institute Of Technology (MAIT)

3. Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology (MSIT) and Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering (BVP)

4. Ambedkar Institute Of Advanced Communication Technologies And Research (AIACTR) and Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology (BPIT) and Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology (GTBIT).

B.Tech/B.Arch Admissions OPEN

Apply to VIT - VITEEE 2026

You may have to go till the spot rounds to get admission in a B.Tech programme at IPU. Keep checking their site and also do fill for other colleges as well.

Hope this helps.

Cheers!

Congrats on your score but let us assume that 12 lac students appeard in jee this year then as per your percentile your rank will be in between 90k to 1.5 lac. So, as per the rank there is less chance to get into top NITs, IIITs (IIT don't consider Jee mains score). But there is fair chance of getting newly opened NITs, IIITs in spot round. So, opt colleges in Josaa counselling very carefully and if you are not getting any college in any round then wait for spot round and apply for it.

Best of luck.
