First of all congratulations for securing 88 percentile in jee main 2019. your rank would be around 1 lakh .

Now come to your question you can easily get into NIT but not CSE. You can get the lower branches at NIT whose rank is after 10 . You may get some good branch at your state as there is reservation for the students belonging from the home state.

My advice is to write mains exam in jan attempt and score good percentile.

You will not be able to bag a seat in any of the nits.

You can get a seat in lower IIIT with streams like chemical engineering, petroleum engineering, printing engineering, construction engineering or other such steam.

Although you need to wait for mop up round or institutional round to get a seat in IIITS even in those streams.
