There are various factors that plays an important role in getting you a good college , two of them are
Your category and your aggregate percentage of best four subjects.

If you belong to general category,  then you can expect a good college of North or south campus,  you can get an off campus college but not a good college.
Moreover,  the best colleges for commerce like SRCC,  Hindu,  Hansraj and LSR have a very high cutoff.
