I have got 89.6% in 12 cbse board exam (commerce) am I eligible for St. Xavier college kolkata if yes than how can I apply for B. Com hons.?

See, you are eligible to fill the form, but Xavier's do not take any candidate below 91 for bcom hons. So actually there is no point.
