Hey candidate,
With this percentile it will be difficult to get CS branch.
As you can surely get good colleges through JEE mains, but somewhat you have to compromise with branch.
But at this point of time caste category, domicile or any special quota plays an important role.
If you come under any one of them, then you can take benefit of it.

Hey,
I am not really sure about CS branch as your score is not that much and you are of general category.
With this percentile your rank will be around 36k, so in these colleges you may or may notget the CS branch. As I am giving you information on the basis of last year stat. So as the trends change every last year, I am not giving you sureity about it.
But yes, if you wait till the last round of counselling, then there can be a chance. As candidates back out which leads to vacancy.
You can check the cutoffs of the colleges I have mentioned.
