If we compare all of these IIITs then IIIT Nagpur will be my first preference for ECE the median salary offered by IIIT Nagpur branch was 16 lakh around ,then IIIT Nagpur the average salary around 14 lakh then IIIT trichy with average CTC 9.7 LPA.

Both of the IIIT are newly opened. Both have same lack of facilities.  So, it would be better to chose any other option.

In case you have no option,  then choose CSE at IIIT nagpur, because for placement you won't have to study extra.  Because if you chose ECE

According to the website of  IIIT nagpur , the permanent campus was constructed and was considered to become operational from January 2020.
