The previous year JEE Main cut off for general category candidates in electrical engineering in IEM is:

• Round 1 cut off: 25967-36469
• Round 2 cut off:  25967-45154
• Round 3 cut off: 25967-46765

Remember that the cut off rank varies each year. So, as you can see your chance is low to get electrical in IEM. Also, the final rank of JEE main will be calculated based on the best performance of a candidate in all of his attempts.
