Whether you get a seat or not in this much percentile depends upon your category from which you belong as if you belong from ST or SC then only you will get CSE Branch in best college.Because to get CSE under best colleges on the basis of JEE Main score you should score more than 97+ percentile for OBC as well as general category students.

Above statement is for the one who really want to get admission in top college like BIT Meshra,NITs,Thappar or any other top universities.All the best for April session JEE Main.

As you've mentioned that you've scored 95 percentile in JEE main and considering you as a general candidate. Some of the colleges that might provide you with CSE branch are.

1. JIIT- Jaypee institute of information technology

2. VIT - Vidyalankar Institute of Technology

3. Assam University

There are several other colleges that might provide you with cs but at this rank you can get good branches.
