there is a payment issue going on with IPU it also happened last year, IPU might postpone the date. If the amount has been deducted and not being shown on the account then dont worry either it would show or else you can write an email or letter to the main campus mentioning your peoblem.

Also keep checking the notification page of the official website which is this : https://ipuadmissions.nic.in/publicinfo/Public/View.aspx?page=92.
