As you have not mentioned the exam for which you got 1084 rank, so I am assuming that you have given MET 2018. 

As per you rank, It is very to get admission in MMMUT for Computer Science Engineering. Sadly your rank does not clear the closing cut off rank for admissions. 

You can always try for some different institue this year, or study hard and do well next year.
