If you are being allotted any seat in any of the three rounds of three counselling and you have accepted it there is no issue you can participate in the mop up round counselling.

Suppose you get any college in 3rd round of counselling and you completed the admission procedure at the college then also you are eligible for appearing in the mop up round to get the upgradation in your college.

The process of mop up round is mainly used by the government colleges to fill the vacant seats that is remaining after 3 consecutive rounds of counselling of WBJEE.

Although  both private colleges and Government participate in mop up round according to the availability of seat in their colleges.

No, you won't be eligible for mop up round or any further rounds if you have taken admission through the counseling process of wbjee.

You are eligible only if you put your options in float and then go for betterment.

So, don't take admission if you want better option.
