I have got the provisional admission letter from vit. What if I will unable to score 60% in pcm in boards?

If you are unable to score the 60% in pcm that means you are unable to full fill the eligibility criteria and without having all the eligibility criteria they won't take anyone even you have score good rank also. So hope for the best in your board results.

No there is not any way to prevent your seat.
Hope you will get 60% in pcm on your Board exam otherwise there is none another way for taking admission in VIT.
