if you are talking about entrance exam notebook then definitely you can have it online because  notebook evaluation is digital if the fact is about any course notebook in college of engineering then it depends on the system of evaluation if it is digital then you can have it online if it is not digital then it will create a little bit problem to have it online.
for that you will have to write an RTI application to the public information officer respective to your college's university then they will provide you  information within 30 days.
