Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing well. If you have lost your credentials then don't worry as you have mailed them so just wait for atleast 7 days as it takes time from their to reply and if after 7 days or say after 5 days only drop one more mail regarding it so they will surely help you in retrieving your credentials.
