Don't worry, losing your NEET application form shouldn't prevent you from taking the exam.
You most likely don't need the actual application form itself. The crucial element is your NEET application number.Check your registered email address. The National Testing Agency (NTA) likely sent your application number and password there upon registration.

  • Visit the NEET website: https://neet.nta.nic.in/about-department/introduction/

  • Look for a section like "Forgot Application Number" or "Retrieve Application Number."

  • Enter details like your name, email ID (used during registration), and any security pin you might have created.

  • The NTA should then send your application number to your registered email.

Once you have your application number, you can download a fresh copy of your application form (if needed) or your admit card when available.

    I hope it helps!
