Hi Bhaiya,

To get transaction history,go to its website and do the login, there will be options about your online payment just open it and take the screenshot of the transaction and print it. For verification,you have to submit the online payment that you have made, they will ask you copy of it,you can show mobile but they will ask for hardcopy.

Official website from where you have filled up the form,done payment in that you have to do the login with your registration no. And about the payment many times the amount which we pay are already there in the application form after the submission. If you have the download application form of your filled then you don't have to show the payment unless take a screenshot from the mobile which you want to show during verification,just take the print out of the screenshot.
