I have mentioned obc during form fillup of wbjee ..but i dont have a certificate ..can i go for counselling with my GMR?

You must have been very careful while filling up the form. If you don't have the required certificate and papers you can be disqualified. Since your rank will be depending on the obc rank and not general. Ranks will be different. Go to the appointed college and talk to the authorities there
