Please contact the college as soon as possible and get it clarified there, there is no other option I guess.

You need to contact college for admission in management quota.

You should get into by management quota if the college has any provision for same.

I wouldn't know of any other means. Try to contact the college and ask them if they have any management quota for MCA. If yes, ask for the details.
