I think your preparation should go in a parallel manner for both ipe and eamcet.

It is because the parallel preparation for both the exams give you a enhanced strategy .

When ipe exams are near by one month then concentrate more on ipe after those exams you can prepare  only for EAMCET .

But as for now make a parallel preparation for both the exams .
