hello anshika as you have told that you have obc certificate of state please go in the office where certificates are made and apply for central obc cast certificate because delhi university is  a central university.they will give admission on state certificate but will create problems so as you have time make your documents perfect .central obc caste certificate cannot be rejected by anyone
