Apply in the admission process conducted by college and also in the state admission process.
There are chances to get into cept through the process conducted by college, or you can directly get a seat in the out-state quota.
Since the merit marks you scored are really good, you can get admission in CEPT. But also apply in other colleges which are renowned, since it may not be very advantageous to apply only in one college.
