TS EAMCET is an entrance exam conducted to get admissions in engineering colleges and medical colleges in and around Telangana State.

As you got seat in 1st round, you can go for 2nd round of counselling without paying any fees. But if you don't get any seat in the 2nd round then the seat in the 1st round will also be cancelled. So inorder to be seated in engineering colleges it is better to pay the confirmation fee for the engineering college you got seat in.

Hello aspirant. It is most important to join in the college which you got in 1st counselling.  If you like or don't first join the College and give your certificates. If you go with 2nd counselling and if you get any College in second counselling, the first college which you have got will be cancelled. The certificates and if you pay the fee, then both certificates and fee will transferred to the college which you get in Second counselling.

As you secured a seat in the first round of counselling in TS EAMCET

If you are not interested you can participate in the second round of counselling. 

To participate you have to self report in online and also pay the fee so you can get joining report and then you are eligible to second round

Your money will be transferred to college in second round
