Don't worry about that. No problem. If you want to correct, y ou can correct your information in the NEET 2019 application form from 14th January 2019 to 31st January 2019 on the official website NEET. Otherwise no problem but if you have filled any wrong information by mistake then you will be informed.

It might not be a problem only if you have uploaded a clear photograph. Uploaded photograph must comply with the given instructions.

Size of photograph must be 10 Kb to 100 Kb and it should be in JPG Format.
It should be a postcard size picture with white background.
You should not fill a new form as it is clearly mentioned that candidates should submit only one application.
