which date should be specified on the photo is it the date of photo taken or date of applying neet. and which name should I enter in the photo because my aadhar name is P.shruthi where as in marksheet SHRUTHI.P. and should I take a new photo when applying NEET ?

Hi,
According to the NTA guidelines for NEET, The photo that is to be attached in the application form should not be older than six months and the date specified on it should be the date on which the photo was clicked. Also, the name on the application form should be the one which is mentioned on your 10th marksheet.
