Yes,why not you are eligible enough to take admission in any deemed University but not du as its cutoff is quite high.

If you are thinking about your marks that it is less then i am telling you that these marks are not a future deciding point for you.

Let me tell you that even a  passed student with 40% of UG is also eligible for IAS exam so do not loose hope and from today onwards work hard.
