I have passed bsc 2010 zoology major subject from sies college Mumbai university I am not eligible for tgt science in haryana .why?

Yes i have passed htet and appeared in interview but at the interview time they said me i am not eligible for this but i have passed bsc from Mumbai university with botany zoology chemistry.
