I have passed my 10th class now I am doing diploma in agriculture engineering 3yrs, after completing my diploma in agriculture engineering can I get direct admission in BSC agriculture 2nd year

Yes, you can definitely get lateral entry to the B.Sc Agriculture course. For that, you need to complete your Diploma in Agriculture from a recognized university. There are various colleges for the same. The admissions will depend on your marks in the diploma. All the best!
