As you mentioned you have passed your 12th board exam in 2020 and want to appear for BITSAT 2021, I would like to mention that it's possible and you would be eligible to sit for the exam easily. As mentioned by BITSAT you need to pass 12th board on or after 2019 to get eligibility for BITSAT exam. But remember you need to get 75% in total means in PCM and 60% individually in all three. Yes you can give BITSAT 2021 as the eligibility criteria states that students applying for BITSAT 2021 must have passed class 12 not earlier than 2020 which means they must have passed class 12 in 2020 or appearing in 2021. So as you have passed in 12th in 2020 you can give BITSAT in the year 2021.

You need to have 75% overall percentage in PCM/B and 60% individually in PCM/B.
