if i am repeat my 12th in 2020 if i passed in 2018. then i am eligible for bitsat if i am not given yet??

Hello student I'm sorry to inform you but no you're not eligible as eligibility criteria says that year of qualifying examination must not earlier that 2019 which means they must have passed class 12 in 2019 or appearing for class 12 in 2020.
Eligibility - candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with physics chemistry and mathematics with minimum 75 percent marks aggregate from a recognized board.

but i am repeating my whole 12th class and i am not give bitsat single time

If you passed class 12 in 2018 and repeat in 2019 for improvement examination and again repeating in 2020 for improving marks then you're not eligible as per the eligibility criteria.. Please let me if you appear for class 12in 2019 or not
