Hello Vipul,

Mop Up round is conducted for Deemed and Central University counselling and as per the Counseling process, if candidate has been allotted a seat in second round of Counseling then he/she can either exit with forfeiture of fee or report to the allotted institute.
Also, candidate who join in second round of Counseling, will not be allowed to leave the seat and they will not be allowed in any other round of counseling.
