Congratulations for getting such pretty percentile in JEE mains 2020. According to your percentile your rank will be 43156 to 53306. But the last year cut offs for IIIT Bangalore are;

1) Integrated B.Tech + M.Tech in CSE - cut off rank 8718.

2) Integrated B.Tech + M.Tech in E&C -  cut off rank  10972.

So according to this cut offs and your rank there are very less chances of your admission in IIITB. But as year to tear cut offs changes so you ca try for it.
