Hi,
You have a great score but the rank you may get may not be able to get the CSE branch in Coimbatore. Usually, you need 150 marks to get to the CSE branch. Try to opt for the other branches which have a fine chance to get it. If you are only up to CSE you may lose the seat even in other branches to make a choice.

I would be coming under state quota so is there any chance of getting cs branch in amrita coimbatore

yes, you can easily get a seat in the Cse branch if you are from the state quota as the cutoff is around 19000.
