General Category: 469
OBC: 429
SC: 372
ST: 169

With 238 marks, unless you belong to ST Category, a seat in a Government Medical College is tough. Regarding Private Medical Colleges, you might have a chance if you belong to SC Category. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
