Hii Mayank
As cut-off marks vary year to year depending upon number of students appear in the exam and the difficulty level of the exam so if you belong to general category then  based upon your marks it will be difficult for you to secure a seat in any medical College but you can try for management quota seats in private medical Colleges but for that you have to pay extra amount of money other than your fees.i hope this information helps you.
Thank you

I am very sorry to say but with this score its quite impossible for you to get a government college. some states cut off goes low but not this low. I f you belong to gujrat there are some private colleges with very low fees. You can get enrolled there. You can also try for other private colleges only.

Hello, it's really tough to get admission with thus score, getting seat in MBBS require atleast 500+ , also it depends on wich state you apply from, your category and cut off released. You may get BDS but still it depends in which college or state you apply for because if there are chances they are from state quota only .
All the best.
Thank you
