Dear Sir/ Ma'm, with a score of 440, you would not be able to get a seat through the 15% all india quota counselling.  However, you do have a faint chance of getting a seat in the 85% state quota counselling even if in the last rounds of counselling. Since, you have not mentioned the state, it was not possible for us to predict the colleges.
