Yeah you are eligible for JEE main paper 2 but with this much percentage in Class 12th you can't be able to take admission in any of the good college for B.Arch courses. So better try to improve your percentage.

Yes, you are eligible to write JEE paper 2 and NATA. You should have the mathematics basics.
