I have scored 68% marks intermediate from bihar board in sc catagory . Am I eligible for jee for 2018

Yes you're eligible because according to the eligibility criteria of jee mains the general candidate need to have a minimum of 75% in 12th (irrespective of any board) and for sc category the cutoff is 65%.
