Considering you are from the General category, there doesn't seem to be any chance of you getting an NLU even in the third list as the lower-rung NLUs like HPNLU Shimla or DNLU Jabalpur as their second merit list cutoffs were 1396 and 1447 respectively.

Last year, the cutoff ranks for MNLU Nagpur and MNLU Aurangabad went to 4000 as their last rank. So it doesn't seem that you're eligible for admission in any NLU if you are from the General category.

However, don't lose hope as there are hundreds of good law institutes all over the country and you need to keep a lookout for those to keep your options open.

According to previous years cut off analysis which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year depending upon a no of factors such as no of applicants, clat difficulty this year etc etc so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity, for general category cut off last year was around 1588 for general category, so if we look at previous years cut off's you might not have a chance also NLU SONIPAT is participating from this year  too which has around 120 seats , so since seat availability is less and cut off last year was 1588 so there are less chances that it might extend to 23398,acc to previous years analysis you have no-meagre chances.
